They create products that help people with serious illnesses. If I were someone with MS, I would be glad that this company exists...so long as I didn't actually meet anyone there.

Cons

Senior management are some of the most vile, careerist, unpleasant people you'll ever want to meet--particularly in the IT department.

My group is full of excellent people who work together extremely well. My manager lets me do my job without micromanaging. Pay is very competitive.

Cons

Always uncertainty with company's strategy. It changes frequently. 3 out of 4 of our top executives have left recently. It's hard to tell who is next.
