Pros

Great salary and atmosphere. Biogen truly cares about its employees whether permanent, contractor, co-op, or intern. They invest time in developing their employees by offering many easily accessible resources.

Cons

The con for me would be the layoff in October 2015. It happens in business but it's not a pleasant event to experience even if you are not part of the layoff.
