Flexible hours are a nice perk, although... (see Cons).
Cons
Flexible hours means that while you're able to work from home or take care of personal appointments, you're also expected to work way above the average 40-hour work week. Intense politics and favoritism leads to high attrition of talent, tight resources, and politicking to curry favors and promotions instead of actual work integrity and talent.
