Pros

People are smart here and get things done efficiently

Cons

The company is now extremely political and unstable. Restructuring all year long - small and big. Satisfying Wall Street is the priority and management moves people around without considering any inputs from bottom. The part of the culture "work fearlessly" is now shaky.

Meaningful work with customers who need information to get started and stay on therapy. Opportunity to make a positive impact in Multiple Sclerosis patients' lives.

Cons

Growing pains and lack of communication, teamwork and support. Too many are too caught up in their own success without consideration for the long haul and what is most important to help the patients.

Smart, driven, invested people trying to change the landscape for patients in a lot of really important areas. Peer to peer interactions are overwhelmingly positive

Cons

Constant restructuring and lots of employee turnover - some of the lowest retention rates I've ever seen. Depending on your reporting structure, it can be really hit or miss for your opportunities for advancement
