Cons

Strange corporate culture. Not following with the best industry practices but position themselves as unique structure, a phenomenon. Employees don't respect their employer. Overwhelming number of deviations from the established quidelines

Salary, benefits and bonus. There are some really nice people and hard workers.

Cons

Constant reorganisations and team restructuring Threats from upper management. Manipulative managers who appease their counterparts and their managers just to make it easier for themselves and not for their team. Opportunities for growth depends on your manager, so what's offered by the company may not be realised if your manager does not support it.

Cons

very high workload, loads of politics better know who you are talking too, managment skills are not good enough for a company this size
