      Friendly environment with inclusive programs and employee support groups.

      Cons

      Overall lack of understanding of work v. life balance and expectation to prioritize checking boxes rather than completing work correctly. Exaggerated belief that Biogen is still the "it" company.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits and great people. There are some great people working here but many are leaving.

      Cons

      Lower than industry pay, low annual salary increases (norm is 2%). Many leave because the salary and career growth is nonexistent.

      Strong communication of vision and mission. A lot of compassion for patients and focus. Opportunities to learn and explore if you seek them out.

      Cons

      Some groups, such as share services are not well supported, and struggle to provide services. Change is destabilizing. The recent departure of 2 senior leaders in R&D and in PO&T is cause for concern.
