      Small company, very good business model.

      Weak, limited experience core management consequently a lot of guessing.

      Pros

      Great place to intern. The engineers are friendly and tolerant of mistakes. Activities vary from assembling parts in a cleanroom to entering data on Minitab spreadsheets. They have a free Lagoon Day every year. There's a candy dish on the front desk. Pays pretty well for an internship.

      Cons

      Doesn't value the operators as well as the large biomedical device companies. The company laid off people last year and as a result, the remaining people have to pick up the work that the former employees had. There aren't a lot of places to have lunch nearby.

      Pros

      There is a lot of good energy as to the future of the company. Arun has a very clear vision and clear expectations on how to execute and has worked well to ensure everyone understands what they can do.

      Cons

      Have not delivered on promises Promote without support and still expect you to deliver all the same results Lack of diversity among leadership, mostly men, and not a lot of efforts to intentionally change it.
