      BIR is growing at fast pace and because of that onboarding experience has been successfully revamped. Expectations of you are made very apparent. It is made clear that you are an asset and your growth is beneficial to both parties. Great leadership and extremely organized

      No company is perfect, while we grow there are things that are evolving that comes along with any growing company.

      Good friendly environment with excellent team work. Excellent place to work hard working and loyal employees very well managed , Great pay , Quality home time , Job security with a bright future.

      Cons

      As such nothing , but it all depends upon your working nature, and I am working here since long time found nothing negative.
