Pros
Used to be a relaxed atmosphere until everyone got promoted and then it became micro manage city
Cons
They don't honnor what they say, they find any possible way to completely screw customers and they even do it to employees. They change the commission structure at the end of the month to unachievable goals so they don't have to pay you. They want to keep customers and laid off over 1,500 employees and reassigned the jobs to the poor people still there. No pay raise, higher goals, unfair! I'm sorry for those of you that are left. Come to Comcast or level 3, they pay more and much better environment.
