Pros

There are some good people who work here.

Cons

The company is a disaster. They continue to grow only by M&A and lose many customers when they jam them into their billing system which is a joke in itself. Accounting management is spineless and beholden to a person outside the organization who has free reign over the company and is one of the most unethical people I've met in my life. Their benefits are some of the worst in class. The 401k match is for the most part non existent and given at the discretion of the owners. They don't even pay well to compensate for the bad benefits. There is no communication between departments. There are unethical business practices going on. Over the last two years, there have been two CEOs, two CFOs, 3 VPs of Accounting, 4 controllers and over twenty accountants that have left the company that weren't forced to resign. The new CEO and COO have 'reduction in workforce with the same results' as their accomplishments on LinkedIn. That should tell you all you need to know. I could go on but stay away from working for this company. Most people are looking to get out or are turning a blind eye to the health of the company. Birch can't retain good talent.
