Pros
Most of the employees are hard working, positive individuals and good potential with some of the newer leadership. There seems to be a recent turn in attitude at leadership levels in welcoming new ideas or bringing back things that worked well in the past with acquired companies like Cbeyond. That is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1. Much to still prove.
Cons
Too many acquisitions and not enough time. Leadership views the ability to collapse the workforce of the acquired company or migrating customers into ICE within 90 days as success. The aftermath and what is left unfinished is overwhelming. Employees operate in a constant reactive mode.
