      Segmented work that at its base can be easy

      Cons

      * Management doesnt want to be talked to by employees. If there is an issue they expect for the employee to go to his or her manager who will then address the other manager. * Communication is extremely inconsistent and Birch would rather deal with problems reactively than be proactive * Lack of direction leads to misunderstandings and the inability to properly set customer expectations

      Ok benefits decent cubes clean bathrooms

      Cons

      Do not allow their employees to be leaders. Their more of a micromanagement company with no direct approach nor experience. Everyone, hold on to their work rather than dispense and work as a team. Some executives there are horrible. Do not know how to get there point across without being disrespectiveful.
