      This "Customer service" friendly company only cares about Dollars and Cents

      Pros

      They're good at buying out other businesses and turning them into a money-machine.

      Cons

      Terrible Customer Service; No Sense of a tech support infrastructure; They will fire well-paid employees who do a great job and hire poorly-trained people to do the job at half the cost. HR is a nightmare; getting a simple lay off letter is like pulling teeth. WARN laws were violated when the entire Denver Center was laid off. The timing of the layoff was such that they stated they didn't have to pay us bonuses for the year we helped make the profit our bonuses are supposed to be based on. Do not work for this company if you value customer service. They do not value their customers, employees or anything that costs them money.

      Pros

      The only pro is that I still have a job.

      Cons

      The company let so many people go that there doesn't seem to be any structure and when you have a problem, you don't know who to go to. I feel the customer is getting the short end of the deal.

      - Excellent work/life Balance!! - Great opportunity for growth/career advancement - Forward thinking mentality with cutting edge technology - Lots of corporate events- Toys for tots, holiday catered lunches, etc. - Business casual environment- Jeans Day Fridays - Organization cares about employees' health/well-being with great benefits, including nice onsite gym with free classes & personal trainers - Transparent organization with opportunity for interfacing with hands on C-Level Execs who have a true vision for continuous growth and take true pride in the company to be the best! - Hire top talent with the opportunity to work with some of the best in the industry!

      Cons

      - Improve office supplies - Location: Atlanta/Vinings versus Atlanta/Buckhead/Midtown, but still a good commute!
