Very disorganized support team All previous perks taken away post-acquisition Great group of products-can't seem to get anything installed Once a contract is out of your hands the customer experience goes downhill No concern over employees or customers. Everything is bottom-line driven. Weekly system outages from email to databases and critical applications. Not enough support coverage to run effective appointments. VERY high turnover-It is unreal. Communication from the CEO is very sparse. The way they implemented mass layoffs was very unprofessional.
