      Pros

      Get lots of exposure at work, I love learning new things. Pushed to work and you have to finish your work on time. The internal POD review meetings is really helpful to get better insight.

      Cons

      They treat you well and make sure you are satisfied. Some times the work can get intense, but this is not a downside at all.

      Pros

      Permanent WFH but now they are asking employees to come to office, Decent salary, Startup like pace

      Cons

      High workload, they even asked to work overnight to meet deadlines. Unrealistic deadlines from new joinees as well No KT given to new joinees and expect them to work like existing employees with same work and time to complete. Bad management. Less holidays
