Pros

From the day you start you know you are a part of something great. Ongoing training, Executive involvement when necessary, and a genuine want to see employees succeed make this one of the best places I have had the pleasure of calling my employer. Expectations are made clear, and the tools to meet those expectations are readily available. No job is ever easy, but finding success and celebrating with your peers makes the challenge exciting and fulfilling.

Cons

I don't have a lot. Management styles vary everywhere you go, what some may consider micromanagement others would look at it as a hands-on approach to ensure success.
