Birdeye will challenge you and fulfill your competitive spirit. Birdeye expects your best every day, And they give you the support to succeed. We have the best client services as well as the best products in the business. If you can get in here, do so you will not regret it.

Cons

If you’re looking for a place to take shortcuts, this is not where you want to be . Birdeye gives you everything you need to succeed and expects that in return. To me this is not a con but it’s not for everyone.

Pros

- Best in the industry product, easy to demo, onboard and sell as it's developed keeping in mind priority requirements of businesses - Managers and Leaders who are always there for you - Company trusts it's employees a lot

Cons

- Not a con as such but we're working towards building bigger teams to manage workload and clients - Setup clear role progression plan for employees and progression with role responsibility
