      Work from home, that’s it!

      Cons

      Pay, managers that don’t teach you anything or know how to manage. It’s a numbers game, they are only focus on calls and emails, my manager was one of the worst and really has no clue about the business!

      Virtual work. I really loved my team.

      Cons

      During my time with the Small Business Team, I felt like a cog in the machine. And if the company posts a bad month and you're the new person, they will toss you out without hesitation. When I started, they were in a big push to hire a bunch of new employees, but then they had a bad month and all those new employees were told they had to make at least 80 percent of their goal by the end of the month or they were out. Which is exactly what they did to a lot of good people.

      Pros

      The people and the clients are what make Birdeye awesome! We truly have great tools and so much support. I love the collaboration between teams and all of our partnerships. I feel fulfilled in my role every day and actually look forward to coming in to work.

      Cons

      work/life balance. The expectation is to be available at all hours, rarely get a lunch break, work over 40 hours a week, and don't get paid overtime. Monthly quotas also hinder your ability to take time off.
