      Pros

      Inclusivity. Close connection with your peers and leadership around you. Clearly defined goals and targets with balanced feedback. Access to resources that show you how to do your job. Solid pay & love the remote dynamic without sacrificing feeling connected with the people you work with.

      Cons

      I haven't run into any thus far. The company is doing great from a growth perspective and leadership does a great job of communicating such.

      I am so grateful to work for a company that values its employees. The managers and support teams I work with daily are so supportive and encouraging. There are so many benefits to working for this company such as unlimited PTO, 100% employer-paid benefits, working remotely, and so much more.

      Pros

      You get tons of support as an AE at Birdeye. Your manager is dedicated to your success as well as other team members. Even upper-level executives offer their time to strategize on accounts to win and will join calls to help you win more business. They provide you with excellent training and a proven path toward success. If you follow the plan laid out in front of you and do the work you will be successful at Birdeye. They offer a solid salary, great additional uncapped commission, as well as awesome benefits. All around a great sales position for people who want to work with executives and work in a fast-paced sales role.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are a lot of internal meetings that can take up time, but managers are flexible on being able to put revenue-generating activities ahead of those.
