Compensation - is way off the market standard !! They claim to have corrected the salary through appraisal this year but that is still far from enough which is creating many problems : 1. They are facing huge difficulty in hiring great tech talent. 2. People are aware what is being paid outside and many of them are not motivated to work at all and are preparing to find a way out making it hard to get work out of them. 3. They can't even think of hiring tech talents from top companies & startups. Promotions - The way people are promoted seems ridiculous and skewed, it revolves around few people. Some of us got promoted multiple times in span of 3-4 years, some of us got not even a single promotion despite impactful contribution. Few got promoted after raising concerns but hardly any compensation bump to match that position.

Compl plan is pretty limited. In the SMB space, you'd need to close 200% to the quota to hit ~$157,950. Less than half of the reps on my team hit quota last quarter, so it's a bit tough to make money here.
