      Leadership Woes

      Pros

      At a time, Birdeye had one of the most talented sales teams around. That's changed pretty drastically with top talent leaving the organization at a rapid pace.

      Cons

      Inept leadership at every turn. Zero clear direction toward a common goal. Process change on a weekly basis. Internal feedback is completely negated (especially by sales leadership).

      Thank you for providing feedback. We are going through growing pains, which sometimes happens when you are growing at 100%+ per year. The executive team has taken a lot of great feedback from the employees through our employee happiness initiatives and have improved the benefits, the process, the communication in the last several months.       BirdEye is by far the best company I have ever worked for! Our CEO Naveen Gupta is a true visionary that cares not only about the success of his company, but the success of each of his employees. I have been here for 2 years, and the growth that BirdEye has made is mind blowing. What has remained the same however, is the level of commitment to the employees and our success. Combine that with first in class technology , engineers and a killer sales team, BirdEye is the whole package! I can't wait for what is yet to come!
