Toxic leadership - everyone feels like leadership is lacking in the right areas. They push for results and come up with new strategies every other week. Never a heads up for anything, you’ll constantly find former employees posting on LinkedIn that they were let go for no real reason even if they were performing well You have to drink the kool aid to get help and be liked. There’s a lot of people that know each other, are family, married / engaged that will get preferential treatment Pay could be a lot better Everyone is always acting stressed and micromanaging the wrong things Seems like they’re only interested in going public instead of helping their employees.
