      Too many changes, not enough Pay

      Pros

      Working remotely is nice The people you meet are great Good work life balance

      Cons

      Major changes every other month Micromanagement is bad, leaders are focused on things that dont matter to the AE and arent helpful Pay is EXTREMEMLY low for the industry especially when you have to come in with years of experience Most reviews are asked to be given within your first month which is way they are all positive

      Pros

      Lots of support, great culture, and leadership is moving the company in the right direction.

      Cons

      Compl plan is pretty limited. In the SMB space, you'd need to close 200% to the quota to hit ~$157,950. Less than half of the reps on my team hit quota last quarter, so it's a bit tough to make money here.
