      Fixed working hours for Customer Success and Support teams, you get a lot of ownership on how you carry on with your job, IC roles, free food and snacks

      Cons

      It's a growing organziation so we wear different hats at different times but primary purpose is client satisfaction. Challenging environment not for faint hearted. No major cons as such its a brilliant org

      Unbalanced work load. Too many managerial positions and not enough people to execute the work. Expensive insurance premiums for family's. Constantly changing goals/focus
