Great Flexible Timings Good development work opportunities for freshers Very very relaxed and enjoyble place for Managers, no work at all

Cons

Very poor management Managers are not dynamic In front of client managers become slave Higher management never stick to their commitments including CEO Arup Gupta Worst retension policy in actual (not on papers) for Best Resources even Recognition only in terms of awards never in terms of good appraisal

Good only if you have some other backup plans like pursuing higher studies.. you will get plenty of time to prepare for that here. Otherwise dont waste your career. Salary is ok

Cons

There dont have good projects which give some learning or experience. That too you need to be very lucky or have God fathers to get into a projects.
