The company had good insurance coverage plans. The contract with GE as preferred vendors normally are long term contracts with lot of possiblities of renewals.

Cons

Does not recognize employees as their strength, no benefit for sticking with them for long time. No trainings, lot of politics

Just the name Birla which is linked with the company. nothing more than that.

I cannot count. But they are ok in paying compensation,. Job security is the least in this company

Pros

The workk environment is good. You dont have much of politics going on with this company.The leadership should be improved and employee should be recognized with their work, expertise and dedication for the organisation.

Cons

The skills are supressed.Leadership of the company is not that good.The employees are not treated with their choices, sometimes they are forced to do what they dont want to. there are not much of good project with this company and you might land up with some project which dumps your career. So its bit bad to work with such a company where your views are not taken into account.
