Poor management - Onsite leads are insecured. If u r performing well

Cons

If u will perform well then they will start putting u in trouble by multiple ways. And no one will listen about ur concerns. If u have all the evidences and documentation still management will ignore u. They have created their own environment. Becauze senior managements are insecured. Most of the people are working from 10-20yrs. Always juniors are replacing/removing from the team without any reason.
