      Pros

      Courteous co workers are willing to help one another. Management (or at least my manager) makes me feel like he genuinely cares about developing me and my team mates. Can excel quickly here if you have the right "can do" attitude.

      Cons

      If you're a good employee, sometimes you have to pick up the slack of your other co workers that only want to do the bare minimum. The good news is the company gets rid of the people that fail to contribute positively so you won't have to deal with it for long. Also, and this is the most important thing, the company recognizes the people who go the extra mile and will take care of them.

      The non supervisor and management employees

      Cons

      You will never progress at this company unless you’re an excellent brown noser. 95 percent of the employees feel taken advantage of. Management uses intimidation to urge employees to not report workplace injuries. Some employees haven’t had a raise in 7 to 9 years. Fixes numbers so they don’t have to pay bonuses.
