I felt discriminated against more than once because of the color of my skin. Management gossips with employees about one another causing morale to be poor. Management coaches employees to complain about one person singling them out until they cause trouble with HR and then they move on to the next victim. For the parent company to be proud of being "family oriented" they do not ensure their divisional management allows equal privileges when family needs or crises arise. There is also zero concern for the comfort of employees with chronic pain as extreme cold makes pain worse. When one is extremely cold and in so much pain it becomes difficult to focus and complete assigned tasks. The temperature never was allowed to be above 69-70 degrees. A few employees were afforded the comfort of personal heaters at their desks, however I was told I could not due to the location of my work area and the discomfort of customers. The entire building needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. Myself as well as others kept stuffed noses and other symptoms of mold exposure. If you go upstairs into the archives area you can see rodent urine and feces and occasionally the dead bird or mouse all on the exposed insulation over the warehouse.
