Pros

All the different dogs you meet and get to pet.

Cons

They only train you for like 3 days and expect you to handle like 50 dogs all by yourself. Don't apply to green which location it's the most strictest. Clients expect you to have magic powers , dont do this dont do that like how else am I supposed to correct your dogs behavior? Also they dont want you to know but if you Google it, someone got raped at green which location

The staff is nice, the walks Aren’t very far away from the location. The dogs are yes best part, you grow so attached to them.

Cons

The pay isn’t enough for the amount of workload.

Pros

1. Working with dogs. 2. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. 3. Plenty of opportunities to prove yourself and to evolve. 4. Supported by capable colleagues - Personally I feel like someone always has my back. 5. Very satisfied with the work I do and the people I work with. 6. The company is very reasonable when it comes to personal matters and you need to call out or be late. They do encourage you to let them know in advance and to find coverage (depending on your position). We do work with live animals. 7. It's okay to make mistakes, as long as you admit to them and learn from them. 8. Everyone is hired with the intent to move up in the company. 9. Paid time off (PTO).

Cons

1. Not all clients are courteous. In few occasions, clients can be unreasonable (as in any business). 2. Your work can become overwhelming if you are not prepared and organized every day.
