There are no pros for this company. The worst company I ever worked for.

Cons

They have cut pay and benefits. They don't pay detention or layover anymore. The miles are terrible. They give all their Canadian drivers. The long runs. I definitely would not recommend this company if you are a United States based driver. They are unfriendly to united states, based drivers they should have never been allowed to buy a u.s. company
