Great learning experience. Amazing opportunities for a young person to finish school and learn how an organization works. The company tries to replicate head office culture at satellite locations but the local management doesn't support.

Cons

The company sells an image of being very well put together and fun activities and team environment. But when you start working, everyone is passing the blame on to the next person. No one wants to own up to mistakes. Lower pay, the company does not provide increases or opportunities unless you work in Winnipeg or Toronto.
