Professional, respectful and positive workplace. Management listens to any concerns and there is a feeling of community.

Cons

Being a locally owned company, the compensation level is not what the same position may initially offer elsewhere. With opportunities to prove yourself and employee recognition, you can quickly be making a similar salary in the industry.

Pros

Good Pay, New equipment, Clean equipment (most of the time), nice facilities, sexy logo. Great job opportunities. Decent miles and lanes. Right to decide.

Cons

Management has an issue with following their own rules No pay for first hour building turnpike sets or pay until 1 hour after departure from delays Missed pay on paychecks, have to always follow up to make sure you get paid properly. Run by a bunch of young kids with attitude.
