1. Good engineering culture. The code and infrastructure is awesome. 2. Work life balance. 3. People are smart, patient. We played hard, and worked hard here. 4. Team building events: happy hour, quarterly outdoor events.

Cons

1. The technical stack is .net stack + ember, which is not common in Singapore. 2. Communicaton between US hq office and SG office sometimes is not efficient.
