Fantastic growing company with a wonderful team spirit and a great company mission! If you want to be a part of an innovative team that makes a difference in human services by providing solutions, you're in the right place. The leadership cares about each and every employee. We all work remotely from home offices with a team spirit and keep in touch throughout the day. Our working atmosphere is fun and collegial and at the same time professional and respectful. I feel fortunate to be part of this team.

Cons

Not a con, just a note: as in any remote work environment, you should be self motivated, focused and an independent thinker to be successful.

Amazing management, well-organized, people oriented. In short: My dream job. CEO and Management are the best I've ever worked with. I can't overstate how amazing Bitfocus is to work for, and I feel incredibly lucky every day that I can wake up and work with such intelligent, passionate, and driven team members. I know that sounds cliche, but it is the absolute truth.

I love working at Bitfocus. The management and staff are genuine. They appreciate staff's humanity--work-life balance is encouraged. The technology stacks are progressive. All around, great job!

Cons

None. But if you aren't a passionate, self-motivated person, you may have difficulty.
