Pros

Great work environment with all the resources you could want. I worked in the San Francisco office and the team is amazing. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and great at what they do.

Cons

As with many startups/tech companies, the communication between sales, product, and engineering could be improved. Making sure that product updates/glitches are fixed and follow timeline is imperative to sales team and what they promise to customer.

Pros

Great atmosphere with everyone working extremely hard to make themselves better along with everyone around them! My colleagues are always willing to help and having all departments working together always makes for a better experience and working environment.

Cons

I think we could get a better knowledge of what is expected, though with a smaller company it comes with the territory of things changing quickly. More training would be great.

Pros

Everyone I speak to at Bitly is very excited about the product offering and the work that's gone into it. Management works hard to provide team building opportunities and fun things to do to enhance the young culture. Bitly feels very much like a startup even after 10 years but with a measured and wise reaction to its success.

Cons

I'd like more catered meals.
