Cons

Lack of culture/vision. No career advancement. Highly unorganized. Unprofessional and poor management. Management fails to inspire its employees and creates bad energy.

Pros

Good benefits, unlimited vacation, all the usual tech/startup perks.

Cons

Once new upper management came in, the culture plummeted. There's a lot of contention between managers and their employees in a particular division, but the bad vibes leak out to the rest of the organization and poison the whole company vibe.
