Bitly is a household name so all of your friends will immediately know you work at a tech company Very diverse group of employees who are very driven to make Bitly great Great location in the heart of Silicon Alley Seasoned leadership team Competitive salary and very good benefits such as unlimited vacation

Still working on telling the world that they do more than just 'short links' and have a real, profitable business You have to like the color orange as its everywhere in the logo, furniture, and coffee mugs Recent changes to sales leadership are an opportunity but also comes with some risk Very lean teams so career growth is more in new titles, extra pay, and higher expectations rather than managing additional new team members
