They started out good in the beginning

Cons

Lots of favoritism People of color don’t progress there Fake diversity and inclusion Most black and brown folks have suddenly disappeared and I’m a white person noticing this HR facilitated the most dangerous and toxic doings of the leaders. People low key disappear and they cover a lot of things up to appear to look good

Cons

Lack of direction in leadership. Huge lack of upward mobility. Little care from leadership about job advancement. Teams are very siloed. Roadmap not based on what customers are saying actually want/ need. Feels like product team puts making easy arbitrary changes no one asked for over making meaningful changes.
