Pros

Great benefits. Remote working. Great DEI initiatives and allyship. Wonderful teams to work and connect with. This was my dream job and I loved it.

Cons

Positive toxicity. Talk the talk but refuses to walk the walk. Executive team doesn't listen, they only care about pleasing the board. Lots of over-hiring in Marketing, but hiring freezes everywhere else (how many Product Marketers does one team need?!). We were told there wouldn't be lay offs, and then there were quiet lay offs, and then loud lay offs. Saying that people are "leaving", but not being forthcoming about them being laid off is bonkers. Shame on you all. Toxicity in the Marketing and People leadership teams. They hire truly intelligent people and lose value in them once they can't. Speaking of which, if you're not the CMO's favorite or who they hired personally, you might as well start looking for something now. Not sure what the CEO's purpose is, but he's exists for some purpose. HR is tragic, they serve no purpose and so many of them "left".
