-Management has historically lacked focus and taken a reactive approach to strategic planning, often trying to play catch up with competitors - hoping new CEO can change this -Compensation can be below market depending on role -Many teams are severely understaffed relative to their workloads

Unlimited PTO and you are encouraged to take it, flexibility on how often you want to come into the office

Cons

Constant layoffs, everyone was afraid for their jobs, plus the teams they chose to make cuts to made no sense and were very damaging to customer experience. They preach a warm, fuzzy "people first" culture, but that has not been the case for quite some time. I was afraid of an impending layoff for basically the entire time that I worked there. It is also a very gossipy culture where word gets around to everybody about everything, whether it's relating to your performance as an employee or even things about your personal life.
