Great flexibility and coworkers, but leadership issues abound

Pros

Company used to be great, amazing flexibility, amazing coworkers, people truly cared about their work.

Cons

New CEO from private equity sucks. He comes in and in less than a 2 weeks enforces RTO if you live within 30 miles of a straight line to the office. For “team collaboration” but yet we still have a ton of remote and employees and keep hiring remote… I’m sure our mydays are the next thing to go. Avoid working here under the current leadership

Low pay with RTO

Pros

My Day (but probably subject to change with the new CEO)

Cons

The new CEO comes from private equity and is clearly running the company with that mindset. The only justification for the low pay was remote work, but now there is a RTO with no bump in pay. Stay Away.

Pros

Great colleagues and good PTO. The my days are great!

Cons

Consistent mismanagement and mismanagement. The compensation structure is lackluster at best for employees that are pushed hard to take on more work and then left with a minimum salary increase and a pat on the back. I’ve had a front row seat to watch a once great company, start going downhill fast.
