Pros

Great product marketing (making product seem much better than it is) Good benefits Some good people who surprisingly are still there

Cons

Poor leadership on advisor customer success teams, with no management guidance. Low energy meetings with awkward managers and directors made me think that nobody on the team believes in product, and is status quo for a job. Managers have all been there a long time, and it shows. They talk to each other, but never as a team. 1:1s always moved or cancelled entirely- any questions posed to management is “let me ask” and never a follow up. One of the directors I would call “cringe” with their meetings. Everyone is uncomfortable, but we keep doing it. Product says it does a lot that it doesn’t. There have been a lot of layoffs, and many good people no longer there. I left without a backup plan, because it’s just so bad. HR seems friendly in passing, but they turned out to be some of the rudest and meanest people I’ve ever worked with. Vile treatment of people and would never recommend anyone interview here. Even if you’re desperate, keep looking.

Pros

- There's still good people left in the company. - Engineering has good leadership at the top

Cons

- Morale is at an all time low - Company has missed its (very conservative) growth targets for multiple years in a row. It seems that our core offering has petered out. - It is highly doubtful that the recent acquisition is going to provide growth. - 3 Rounds of Layoffs in the past 3 years. - We are now losing good people to voluntary attrition.

Pros

There are a lot of great people at this company.

Cons

Sales can be very demanding especially at month/quarter end but they do little to help with needed documents. Need new Sales Order Ops mgrs. Weekly calls can be very degrading. Foul language is sometimes used and there is no one to report it to as HR is not to be trusted. You are driven into the ground and can work 12-15 hours per day. A few of us have been told to take a short break and then to get back to work. Food vouchers for $25.00 are given and order ops mgr tells you what you can/can't order .Employee surveys do not tell the true story as they are not anonymous no matter what Paige states. Results are given to mgrs and time is spent figuring who on the team stated what.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your input and your recognition of the great people on our team. We understand that working in a fast-paced environment, especially at the end of a quarter, can be demanding. We're continuously exploring ways to better support our teams by ensuring they have the resources, guidance, and tools needed to succeed. Maintaining a culture of respect, professionalism, and trust is a top priority. We take concerns about communication, workload, and leadership seriously and are committed to strengthening management training and internal support. While some employees may work additional hours during peak times, we do not expect or require excessive work hours. Our managers encourage work-life balance, and when extra effort is needed, we strive to show appreciation, especially for those working remotely, through meal vouchers and other forms of recognition. We also want to emphasize that our engagement survey is fully anonymous and conducted by a third-party vendor. Honest feedback is essential for improvement, and we encourage open communication across multiple channels to ensure every employee feels heard and valued. As we continue to grow globally, we are investing in our teams to support evolving business needs while fostering a sustainable and supportive work environment, regardless of location. If you have further concerns or suggestions, we encourage you to contact the People Strategy team or your manager. We value your feedback and are committed to supporting our employees.
