Pros

Excellent culture, coworkers and community. Minimal internal politics. Industry leading solution that seemed to get easier to sell in 2019/2020. My outlook for new management changes is positive. Excellent sales enablement program. Strong SDR program. Good compensation and benefits.

Cons

Some product direction decisions seem to be made in a vacuum without consulting sales. Marketing lead gen efforts are basically non existent. Pricing and package options can be a challenge to explain, historically.

First of all, thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. In the middle of a pandemic, I am even more proud and pleased to see a review like this! You are correct, there is still plenty of areas to improve on. We hired a Chief Marketing Officer last month so we are expecting some amazing things from our Marketing team and the lead gen efforts to come! Keep the course is the plan!

Pros

Nice, beautiful and expensive offices in Boston.

Cons

Sales management. Compensation-Service really doesn't prevent, predict or fix security breaches-few prospects actually subscribe to the service as many CISO's don't support the validity and value of the metrics produced from the service.

Pros

Learn a lot in a short amount of time

Cons

Management expects you to know everything right away and sit with your head down like a little worker bee all day long. If management doesn’t see physical items being done they assume no work is being done, disregarding the fact that most of the work is the back end research and analysis before the physical work can get done. The company is more focused on throwing lavish parties and offering employees with free goodies and booze and fun themed lunches than it is on fixing the deeper problem at hand - it’s employee culture and relationships. Sure the free booze and free lunches and lavish parties and fun and amazing but they are only band aids to cover up the deeper wound.
