Pros

Some of the individual contributors are talented and passionate. The product itself is respected in the threat intelligence space, and there’s potential for meaningful impact if the culture were to change.

Cons

Leadership has no idea what it is they want to create. They have vague ideas of what they want and expect new resources to figure things out on their own. Leadership loves to play the blame game, so keep in mind that part of your role will be that of a scape goat.

There are a lot of hard working good people at this company. The good does outweigh the bad.

Cons

Management rewards bad behavior with raises and promotion's while hard working people who follow the rules and treat people with respect get passed over.
