      Pros

      Recently hired by BitSight, outstanding interview process and even better first few weeks in the role. The people here are extremely motivated and the new office in Back Bay is incredible. Product, marketing, research, sales, everything is top notch.

      Cons

      A few very minor bumps from being high growth, but anyone who has been in a velocity environment knows that the constant influx of people and resources is part of the fun.

      Pros

      #1 reason why i love BitSight and stay at BitSight is the people that work here. I work with so many fantastic, kind, helpful, and intelligent people. They take care of their employees and are always trying to improve the office space and employee perks. Management knows it has great employees and it shows. The salary and benefits are also great. Shaun is fantastic guy to work for and knows how to run a company. His track record speaks for itself!

      Cons

      Growing too fast sometimes. Need more opportunities to submit feedback and about ideas for the actual product. Need more round table discussions and feedback from different departments about use cases, design, and feel of it.

      There is nothing positive about working here.

      Cons

      Expected to work 10-12 hours a day. No work life balance. Never allowed to work from home. Everything is a fire, yet so many rules and checks, it slogs along like an old huge company. You are cc'd on every email that anyone in your department sends out, and you are cc'd on 3 other incoming departments emails. Not a pleasant work environment, unfriendly, unhappy people.
