      Pros

      BitSight is a breath of fresh air. The people are extremely talented and driven and there's a lack of ego across the board. The management team listens to its employees and makes changes when there are things that need improvement. There's a lot of opportunity here for the company as we lead the security ratings market but there's also a lot of opportunity for personal growth within the company if you're up for taking on new challenges and responsibilities.

      Cons

      As we grow so much and so quickly, there are a lot of process/collaboration issues we need to figure out. I'm confident we'll get there but, in the meantime, we're dealing with those growing pains.

      Pros

      Bitsight has grown tremendously in the 3 years I've been here. Like any new company there have been a number of changes but for the most part they have been positive and have improved the company. From senior management down to the lowest level of the company there is a willingness to help and to improve and communicate.

      Cons

      Our turnover is a little too high. It costs a lot on money to hire and train new people so it would be nice if people were given a little more time to succeed. Otherwise no major cons.

      Pros

      A great, fast-growing company, that operates in a new, in-development market in which it stands as a leader of the industry. Good, reasonable employee salaries and benefits and the chance to grow individually as a professional and to evolve into other areas/teams within the company.

      Cons

      Very technical, complex product/service that, due to its young age, generates growing pains in customers that need to be addressed over time. Lack of a structured training database.
