All of my colleagues are seasoned vets of the sales game. I'm used to being a top performer at previous companies, and here I'll have my work cut out for me. It really drives the competitive gene in me, but in a good way. Everyone is extremely helpful and I'm really impressed with my leadership.

Pros

Creative leaders on the product side continue to innovate and lead the market by a mile. Management creates, and maintains through good hires, a culture of "get the work done, enjoy your coworkers and workplace, balance". Fun place to work that you can be proud of.

Cons

Only potential con is related to growing. It's not as easy to know everyone anymore.

The company is in a very interesting market. There are a lot of passionate people working here.

Cons

There is a disconnect between the C-Suite and how the company operates on the ground floor. The company is stuck and the priorities are constantly changing. Decisions are rash and made without proper data, and initiatives abandoned when they unsurprisingly fail. Bitsight hired too many mediocre people, and as a result now moving too slow in the market.
