      BitSight has a wonderful concept in terms of changing the way organizations assess their cyber security risk exposure. Founders are tremendous people with high degrees of integrity.

      Cons

      Like many young companies, company is encountering the bumps and bruises that come with defining a space and market.

      Pros

      This is an excellent place to work. The management is rock solid. What impressed me most was the culture of humility and respect. The co-founders and executive team make a real effort to do right by their employees.

      Pros

      BitSight is an extremely fast-growing and exciting place to work. The company has enjoyed tremendous success over the past couple years, and shows all signs of continuing on that trajectory. Engineering challenges abound, but the high-quality team is well equipped to meet them. Employees are valued, and there are many opportunities for career growth, and to learn about the latest software and techniques in large-scale data analytics.

      Cons

      There is always far more work than engineers, and BitSight expects a great deal from everyone. The traffic in the area is generally terrible.
