As a fast-moving, high-growth company, it is true that we adjust our plans in response to customer feedback and market dynamics. However, when we do change priorities, it is driven by a better understanding of our customer's needs. Our engineering leadership strives to ensure that all engineers understand the "why" of what we are building, with a focus on our customers at the center of everything we do. There have been times where we have fallen short of this goal, and I am sorry that you have found changes in priorities to be stressful. My commitment to you is that we will continue to give you the context and information that you need in order to reduce this uncertainty and enable BitSight to be a continuing success.
